cool song, but i'd consider using a scale (i mostly use D Minor) instead of expert, and only placing notes out of scale for chords and such (for example, accidentals) to create some dissonance while keeping the song overrall consonant.

also, try other music techniques. they're cool. for example:

• alternation
• appregios
• both at the same time
• grace notes
• vibrato (hint: place the top notes first, and alternate, for example on Ab and G on the lower notes)
• alternate rhythms (hint: replace a 1/2 note with many 1/8th notes to give a glitchy effect)
• overlapping melodies (hint: make a simple melody first, then create a second melody that overlaps it)
• overlapping melodies, level 2
